SPRING COOKIE BOUQUET

If you missed out on our Christmas cookie class, you won’t want to miss this one! We’ll use royal icing techniques, learning how to work wet-on-wet, flooding your cookies to look very professional – just like on Pinterest! Then, you’ll learn to put them into a bouquet for a presentation! Cookies and icing will be provided, along with some edible glitters, luster dusts, and sanding sugars.

COOKIES AND ICING WILL BE PROVIDED
Supplies -- everything is 15% off when you are taking a class!
❏ Plastic Mat (mandatory – purchase at Cake Crafts)
❏ Decorating Tips: #1, 2, 3, 16, 104, 352
❏ 4–6 Disposable Decorating Bags – 12” or 18”
❏ 4–6 Couplers
❏ Small Spatula
❏ Squeeze Bottle for water
❏ Gel Paste Colors
❏ Edible Markers
❏ #3 or #5 Soft Paint Brush
❏ ¼ C Powdered Sugar
❏ Several Toothpicks
❏ Small Plastic/Foam Cups or Bowls to color icing
❏ Damp Cloth
❏ Paper Towels
❏ Several Large Zip Loc Bags
❏ Furnished in Class: Cookies, Icings, Sanding Sugars, Luster Dusts and some Dragees (edible
❏ BRING a container to put your arrangement in – 6”-8” in size (clay pot, flower pot, vase, basket
with no handle) – just REMEMBER it needs to be heavy enough to hold your arrangement up!
❏ A block of soft Oasis florist foam – make sure it’s larger than your container
❏ Knife to cut foam
❏ 4-5 sheets of pastel colored tissue paper
A minimum of 8 paid registrations is required for classes. In the event there are less, Class Fees will be refunded or Class will be rescheduled based on instructor’s availability. Please be sure to read the rest of the Cake Crafts Cancellation Policy statement.
Students must be 16 years or older to register for this course. If a student is younger, they must obtain prior authorization from the class instructor AND have an adult PAID registrant with them.
