In this class you will learn how to create stunning buttercream elements to enhance your cakes. With basic palette knife techniques, you'll fall in love with the ease of creating floral fantasy cakes once you learn the basics! You will be shown how to create simple flowers and foliage using artist palette knives and multiple colors to enhance your masterpiece! We will also discuss how to color your buttercream.
