CLASS INSTRUCTOR: Helen Sembra

Helen Sembra is well known and respected for her vast decorating expertise in the cake decorating industry. She has been teaching cake decorating for 60 years and has taught classes in countries around the world including England, Germany and Japan. She is a national and international judge for Cake Decorating and Culinary Arts shows and was inducted into the International Cake Explorations Societé Hall of Fame.

All classes will be taught by Helen Sembra. We have been vary privileged to have Helen as our instructor from the time we opened our store and first offered classes. Helen is not only nationally recognized and respected for her vast expertise as a cake decorator, she is equally admired for her outstanding ability to teach her craft.

Deposits are required for the full purchase price of the rented item and must be made with either cash or credit card. Deposits will be refunded in full when item is returned in the same condition that it went out.

Picture this! Bring in a favorite picture and we will copy it onto an edible paper that you can just peel and apply to your own cake.

Our Video Center has a variety of instructional tapes our customers are welcome to watch while in the store. The little ones shown above are more interested in one of the many children's tapes we have on hand for the easily-bored shopper.
